We design, manufacture, and distribute our own range of products through our online store at Awespower.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom: Free delivery using Royal Mail 24 Tracked
Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked

Important for EU customers: You are responsible for local VAT and customs fees, which will be collected by your postal service on delivery.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

We offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK consumer law. You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

Eligibility:

Item must be unopened and unused
In its original shrink-wrap and packaging
In resellable condition
Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email hello@awespower.com with your order number and reason. Returns must be approved before sending products back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Defective or damaged items: We will replace or refund once inspected.

Opened or used items: Cannot be returned due to hygiene and resale restrictions.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank/payment providers may take additional time to complete the refund.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:

Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
