REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
14-DAY RETURNS POLICY:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened (shrink wrap intact), unused, and in the same condition as received.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and email photos of the item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange an item, contact us to arrange a return (subject to approval).
Once your return is received and accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EU / UK COOLING-OFF PERIOD:
For deliveries within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
