REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

14-DAY RETURNS POLICY:

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened (shrink wrap intact), unused, and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

• The return address

• Instructions on how to send the item back

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and email photos of the item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• Items that have been opened or had their shrink wrap removed cannot be returned or refunded.

• We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders

  • Gift cards

These rules help ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us to arrange a return (subject to approval).
Once your return is received and accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU / UK COOLING-OFF PERIOD:

For deliveries within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with shrink wrap intact.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you if your refund is approved

• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days

• Bank/card processing may take a few extra days
